The invention discloses a vehicle-network collaborative optimization method and device considering charging load transfer and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of power distribution network economic dispatch, and the method comprises the steps: predicting the charging demand of an electric vehicle through employing a Monte Carlo method based on an electric vehicle user travel probability model; establishing a wind power and photovoltaic generator set uncertainty output model based on the probability distribution of wind speed and illumination; a vehicle-network cooperative scheduling model is constructed by combining the characteristics of disorder of a fast charging load and adjustability of a slow charging load and cooperating with the output of a distributed power supply; solving the multi-objective optimization model by adopting a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) with an elitist strategy and a fuzzy decision; according to the invention, the peak-valley difference and the fluctuation ratio of the distribution network load can be reduced while the distribution network scheduling cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种计及充电负荷转移的车‑网协同优化方法、装置及存储介质,属于配电网经济调度技术领域,方法包括:基于电动汽车用户出行概率模型,运用蒙特卡洛方法预测电动汽车充电需求;基于风速和光照的概率分布建立风力和光伏发电机组不确定性出力模型;结合快充负荷无序性和慢充负荷可调性特点,配合分布式电源出力,构建车‑网协同调度模型;采用带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA‑II)和模糊决策对多目标优化模型进行求解;本发明可以降低配网调度成本的同时可以降低配网负荷的峰谷差和波动率。
