The invention discloses a sound acquisition device and a control method thereof, an outside rear-view mirror and a vehicle, and aims to solve the problem that the sound acquisition device is easy to damage. A first sound guide hole penetrating through a first sound guide body is formed in the first sound guide body, a second sound guide hole, a third sound guide hole and a drainage hole which are communicated with a containing cavity are formed in a second sound guide body, the drainage hole is close to the bottom of the containing cavity, and the second sound guide hole and the third sound guide hole are located on the upper portion of the drainage hole. The driving device is used for driving the sound receiver to move so that the sound receiver can directly face the first sound guide hole or the third sound guide hole. When it rains outside, the driving device drives the sound receiver to directly face the third sound guide hole, rainwater enters the containing cavity through the second sound guide hole and then is drained through the drainage hole, the rainwater does not enter the third sound guide hole at the high position, and therefore the rainwater is prevented from making contact with the sound receiver, and the sound collecting device is prevented from being damaged.

    一种声音采集装置及其控制方法、外后视镜和车辆,旨在解决声音采集装置容易损坏的问题。该声音采集装置中第一导音体上设置有贯穿其的第一导音孔,第二导音体上设置有与容置腔连通的第二导音孔、第三导音孔以及排水孔,排水孔靠近容置腔的底部设置,第二导音孔和第三导音孔位于排水孔的上部,驱动装置用于驱动声音接收器移动,以使声音接收器正对第一导音孔或者第三导音孔。在外界下雨时,驱动装置驱动声音接收器正对第三导音孔,雨水经第二导音孔进入到容置腔后,会经排水孔排出,雨水并不会进入到位置较高的第三导音孔内,进而避免了雨水与声音接收器接触,以避免声音采集装置损坏。
