The invention relates to the crossing field of machine vision, artificial intelligence and automatic control, in particular to a tire crane cart deviation rectifying method, device and system based on AI vision, and the method comprises the steps that driving information of a tire crane cart and environment image data in front of the tire crane cart are obtained; a preset deep learning segmentation model is used for processing the environment image data so as to obtain lane line information in front of the tire crane cart, and the deep learning segmentation model is a segmentation model based on a global attention mechanism; based on the driving information and the lane line information, the deviation correction amount corresponding to the tire crane cart is determined; and generating a deviation correction control instruction according to the deviation correction amount and outputting the deviation correction control instruction to an execution mechanism of the tire crane cart, so that the execution mechanism responds to the deviation correction control instruction and adjusts the steering direction and the speed of the tire crane cart according to the deviation correction amount. According to the method, the accuracy and reliability of deviation rectification can be improved.

    本发明涉及机器视觉、人工智能与自动化控制交叉领域,具体是一种基于AI视觉的轮胎吊大车纠偏方法、设备及系统,所述方法包括:获取轮胎吊大车的行驶信息以及所述轮胎吊大车前方的环境图像数据;利用预设的深度学习分割模型对所述环境图像数据进行处理,以得到所述轮胎吊大车前方的车道线信息,所述深度学习分割模型为基于全局注意力机制的分割模型;基于所述行驶信息和所述车道线信息确定所述轮胎吊大车对应的纠偏量;根据所述纠偏量生成纠偏控制指令并输出至所述轮胎吊大车的执行机构,以使得所述执行机构响应于所述纠偏控制指令,根据所述纠偏量调整所述轮胎吊大车的转向和速度。本发明的方法能够提高纠偏的准确性和可靠性。
