The stairs are slidably connected with limiting rings which are symmetrically distributed and each provided with two pawls, the stairs are fixedly connected with first push rods which are symmetrically distributed, the first push rods are slidably connected with adjusting rods, and the adjusting rods are fixedly connected with friction blocks. When the escalator rotates reversely, the first ratchet wheel extrudes the pawl to drive the limiting ring to rotate and extrude the telescopic end of the first push rod, so that the friction block and the guide rail are extruded, deceleration and fixation of the stairs are completed, and the situation that the escalator can be braked only by starting a switch is avoided.
本发明涉及自动扶梯技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有梯级稳定结构的自动扶梯。包括有对称分布的导向轨,所述导向轨滑动连接有传动轮,一组所述传动轮均滑动连接有滑动杆,对称分布的所述滑动杆共同滑动连接有转动轴,所述转动轴转动连接有梯级,所述滑动杆固接有转动架,所述转动架固接有第一棘轮,所述梯级滑动连接有对称分布且均设置有两个棘爪的限位环,所述梯级固接有对称分布的第一推杆,所述第一推杆滑动连接有调节杆,所述调节杆固接有摩擦块。本发明在自动扶梯出现反向转动时,通过第一棘轮挤压棘爪带动限位环转动并挤压第一推杆的伸缩端,使摩擦块与导向轨发生挤压,完成对梯级的减速和固定,避免需要启动开关才能对扶梯进行制动。
