The invention relates to the field of aviation locking mechanisms, in particular to a locking mechanism for an unmanned aerial vehicle undercarriage cabin door and a cabin door system. The locking mechanism comprises a rotary lock hook which is rotationally connected with the undercarriage cabin and used for being buckled with and separated from a lock point on the undercarriage cabin door; the locking component is rotationally connected with the undercarriage cabin and is used for locking and unlocking the rotary latch hook; the telescopic driving device is used for driving the locking component to rotate, so that the locking component unlocks the rotating lock hook, and when the rotating lock hook is buckled with the locking point, the locking component clamps the rotating lock hook under the action of the elastic component, so that locking is realized; when the telescopic driving device is unstable or damaged, the rotating lock hook is always located in the locking device, the safety of the locking mechanism is improved, and then the safety of aviation flight is improved.
