The invention discloses a hoisting and quenching tool for solid large disc parts, which comprises a top hoisting structure used for being connected with a crane, frame-shaped hanging bracket structures are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the top hoisting structure, and the large disc parts are supported between the frame-shaped hanging bracket structures on the two sides; the frame-shaped hanging bracket structures at least comprise bottom support cross beams, and the frame-shaped hanging bracket structures on the two sides support the two sides of the bottom face of the large disc through the two bottom support cross beams. When the device is used, an operator directly pulls open the two symmetrical devices, so that a cross beam part of a lower bottom support is sleeved at the bottom of a disc, and the operation can be completed; or in an improved embodiment, the frame-shaped hanging bracket structures on the two sides can be automatically opened during falling and landing, and the frame-shaped hanging bracket structures on the two sides are automatically pulled to be closed during lifting, so that the large disc is lifted and positioned; and by utilizing an automatic clamping structure, self-weight clamping and positioning can be formed on the large disc, so that dangerous conditions such as slippage and falling of the parts in the hoisting process are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种实心大圆盘零件的起吊淬火工装,包括用于与吊机相连接的顶部起吊结构,顶部起吊结构两侧对称设有框状吊架结构,两侧框状吊架结构之间用于承托大圆盘零件;所述框状吊架结构至少包括底托横梁,两侧框状吊架结构通过两个底托横梁托起大圆盘底面两侧。由上部一个吊环和下部两个对称的框状吊架结构构成,使用时,操作者直接拉开两个对称装置,使其下底托横梁部套在圆盘底部,即可完成操作;或者在改进的实施例中,在下落着地时可以自动打开两侧框状吊架结构,在提升时自动拉动两侧框状吊架结构闭合对大圆盘形成起吊定位;并利用自动夹持结构,可以对大圆盘形成自重的夹持定位,从而避免起吊过程中零件的滑移掉落等危险情况发生。
