The invention discloses a self-adaptive hoisting tool and method for hoisting a bridge tower steel bar component, the self-adaptive hoisting tool comprises a hoisting frame and a plurality of vertically arranged rod pieces, the plurality of rod pieces are circumferentially distributed on the peripheral side of the hoisting frame, the lower ends of the plurality of rod pieces are all provided with connecting pieces, and the connecting pieces are used for being connected with the top surface of the steel bar component; the lifting frame is provided with a plurality of lifting mechanisms, the lifting mechanisms correspond to the rod pieces one to one, the lifting mechanisms are used for driving the corresponding rod pieces to ascend and descend, strain detection assemblies are arranged on the outer sides of the rod pieces, and the strain detection assemblies are used for detecting strain numerical values of the corresponding rod pieces. And driving the corresponding rod pieces to lift through the plurality of lifting mechanisms so as to adjust the strain values of the strain detection assemblies on the plurality of rod pieces to be equal. The construction method has the effect of reducing the construction cost on the basis of improving the construction efficiency.

    本申请公开了一种桥塔钢筋部品吊装的自适应吊装工装及方法,其包括吊架以及若干竖向设置的杆件,若干所述杆件周向分布于吊架周侧,若干所述杆件下端均设置有连接件,所述连接件用于与钢筋部品顶面连接;所述吊架设置有若干升降机构,若干所述升降机构与若干杆件一一对应,所述升降机构用于驱使对应的杆件升降,若干所述杆件外侧均设置有应变检测组件,所述应变检测组件用于检测对应杆件的应变数值,吊运钢筋部品时,通过若干升降机构分别驱使对应杆件升降,以将若干杆件上的应变检测组件的应变数值调至相等。本申请具有在提高施工效率的基础上降低施工成本的效果。
