The motor train unit air conditioning unit comprises an evaporation cavity, condensation cavities and a waste discharge cavity, a waste discharge fan is arranged in the middle of the waste discharge cavity, condensation fans are installed in the middles of the condensation cavities in the width direction of a train, the condensation cavities are formed in the two sides of the condensation fans, and the ends of the condensation cavities communicate with the waste discharge cavity through partition plate air openings. A condensation air inlet is formed in the outer side of each condensation cavity, a condenser is installed in one condensation cavity, a condensation air outlet is formed in the upper side of the condensation fan, and the condensation cavities are connected with the evaporation cavity. Air flow of the waste discharge cavity is introduced into the condensation cavity and used for condensation heat exchange of the condenser through the forced convection effect of the condensation fan, waste gas recycling is achieved, the condensation heat exchange efficiency is improved, and the installation space is saved.

    本发明提供一种废排回收高效换热的动车组空调机组,包括蒸发腔、冷凝腔、废排腔,废排腔中部设置废排风机,冷凝腔沿车宽方向中部安装冷凝风机,冷凝风机两侧为冷凝腔,冷凝腔端部通过隔板风口和废排腔连通,冷凝腔外侧设有冷凝进风口,其中一个冷凝腔中安装有冷凝器,冷凝风机上侧设置冷凝出风口,冷凝腔连接蒸发腔。本发明将废排腔气流引入冷凝腔内,通过冷凝风机的强制对流作用,用于冷凝器的冷凝换热,实现废气回收再利用,提升冷凝换热效率,节省了安装空间。
