The invention relates to a fuel cell power control method and device, computer equipment, a computer readable storage medium and a computer program product. The method comprises the following steps: judging whether a front road section is an uphill road section or not according to road condition information of the front road section; under the condition that the front road section is an uphill road section, the slope crest distance between the whole vehicle and the slope crest is obtained; according to the gradient of the road section ahead, the slope crest distance and the change condition of the capacity of the power battery, the corresponding fuel cell required power is obtained, and the fuel cell required power is sent to a fuel cell system; the fuel cell demand power is used to instruct the fuel cell system to control the output power of the fuel cell. By adopting the method, the whole vehicle energy management efficiency of the fuel cell commercial vehicle can be improved.
