The invention discloses a pure electric vehicle motor active heating control method based on a driving motor controller, which utilizes the original configuration of a pure electric vehicle to enable the motor to run at low efficiency by controlling the switch of an IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Translator), thereby realizing stable heating. Besides, the current total battery power, the current motor current value, the current power supply input power, the current PTC heating power and the current compressor power are obtained by taking a heating power request and a torque request on a bus as targets, and a torque instruction and a heating instruction are closed at the same time by taking torque priority as a principle, so that the current of a motor is controlled; closed-loop output of continuous heating power of the motor in the running process of the vehicle is achieved, and then heat is brought to a power battery and a passenger compartment through a whole vehicle heat management system. The driving motor controller serves as a control main body for active heating, a corresponding strategy algorithm is matched, a stable and reliable heat source can be generated, additional hardware cost does not need to be increased, and energy can be provided for battery preheating and passenger compartment heating in the static state and the driving state.

    本发明公开了一种基于驱动电机控制器的纯电动汽车电机主动加热控制方法,利用纯电动汽车原始配置,通过控制IGBT的开关使电机低效运行,从而实现稳定发热;此外,以总线上的发热功率请求与扭矩请求为目标,获得当前的电池总功率、电机电流值、电源输入功率、PTC加热功率及压缩机功率,并以扭矩优先为原则,同时闭环扭矩指令与发热指令,以控制电机的电流,实现车辆行驶过程中电机持续发热功率的闭环输出,再利用整车热管理系统将热量带到动力电池及乘员舱。本发明以驱动电机控制器作为主动加热的控制主体,配合相应的策略算法,能够产生稳定可靠的热源,无需再增加额外硬件成本,在静态及行驶状态下均可以为电池预热、乘员舱取暖提供能量。
