The invention discloses a vehicle battery control method and device, a vehicle, a storage medium and a program product. The method comprises the following steps: in response to the detection that a vehicle battery is in a low-temperature working state currently, obtaining the current battery charge state and the actual battery temperature of the vehicle battery; determining target discharge power matched with the state of charge of the battery and the actual temperature of the battery from a battery discharge power table; controlling a vehicle battery to discharge based on the target discharge power within the first time period, and detecting the actual system power of a power system on the vehicle within the first time period; and in response to the fact that the actual system power meets the preset power condition, the vehicle battery is controlled to discharge based on the target discharge power within the second time period. The technical problem that in the prior art, the power of the power system on the vehicle is low in the low-temperature environment is solved.
