The invention provides a target remaining electric quantity setting method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the throughput accumulated from the last correction to the current time period of a power battery of the vehicle is acquired; when it is determined that the throughput is greater than a preset throughput threshold, estimating the real electric quantity of the power battery; in response to the condition that the vehicle meets the preset condition of moving the balance point of the power battery, the current balance point of the power battery is moved upwards or downwards based on the real electric quantity; wherein the current balance point represents the current target residual electric quantity of the power battery. According to the method, the balance point can be moved to create a correction opportunity to correct the electric quantity of the power battery, the vehicle use safety is guaranteed, the real electric quantity of the power battery is considered in movement of the balance point, and the situation that only the balance point moves downwards, so that the electric quantity of the power battery is too low, and then the vehicle loses power can be avoided.
