When the vehicle has the micro-short-circuit fault, the accumulated heating value of the passive protection switch in the high-voltage loop within the first preset duration is obtained, if the passive protection switch is not switched off after the accumulated heating value reaches the fusing threshold value of the passive protection switch, it is represented that the passive protection switch cannot be normally switched off, and the current change trend of the high-voltage loop is determined; if the current change trend is continuous decreasing or fluctuating, it means that the active protection switch can be switched off under the smaller loop current, at the moment, the active protection switch in the high-voltage loop is switched off, damage to other devices caused by large current of micro short circuit can be avoided, and the safety of the high-voltage loop of the vehicle under the micro short circuit fault is improved.

    本发明公开了车辆高压回路主动保护开关的控制方法及装置,涉及汽车技术领域。本发明在车辆发生微短路故障时获取高压回路中被动保护开关在第一预设时长内的累计发热量,若累计发热量达到被动保护开关的熔断阈值后被动保护开关未断开,代表被动保护开关无法正常断开,则确定高压回路的电流变化趋势,若电流变化趋势为持续下降或波动,代表可以在更小的回路电流下断开主动保护开关,此时断开高压回路中的主动保护开关可以避免微短路的大电流对其它器件造成损坏,提高车辆高压回路在微短路故障下的安全性。
