The invention provides a vehicle path restoration method and electronic equipment. The method is used for improving vehicle path restoration efficiency. Comprising the following steps: for a to-be-restored path of any vehicle, obtaining a target road node pair of the to-be-restored path based on a geographic position of each road node in the to-be-restored path; compressing the road network according to the associated track in the road network of the target road node pair to obtain a path search graph corresponding to the target road node pair; obtaining a plurality of candidate restoration paths of the target road node pair by using the path search graph and the target road node pair; for any candidate restoration path, obtaining the confidence coefficient of the candidate restoration path through each piece of attribute information of the candidate restoration path; obtaining a sub-restoration path corresponding to the target road node pair based on the respective confidence of the plurality of candidate restoration paths; and obtaining a restoration path corresponding to the to-be-restored path by using the sub-restoration paths corresponding to the target road node pairs in the to-be-restored path.
