The invention discloses a processing method for realizing convenient water seal isolation based on a container ship combined bracket water retaining plugging cover. The processing method comprises the following steps: 1) completing manufacturing of a frame; 2) fixing the frame; (3) a water retaining blocking cover is installed; (4) the lower end of the water blocking and blocking cover downwards extends to a half-ship outer bottom plate and is fixed; (5) the upper end of the water retaining blocking cover extends upwards and is fixed; and (6) after the water retaining blocking cover is installed and fixed, a liquid level meter is arranged in the half ship, the current liquid level is recorded, and the liquid level change in the half ship is detected in real time through the liquid level meter. The two floating ends of a half ship are provided with unclosed openings, detachable supports are adopted as supports, after a water blocking and blocking cover is laid on the outer side, fixing is conducted through a magnet and a rope, the openings of the half ship are closed for watertight separation, water in a dock cannot flow into a ship body, half ship floating of multiple container ships can be applied, and blocking and blocking can be rapidly completed. Welding work of a ship body and a steel plate is avoided, the workload of a dock is reduced, and watertight separation efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于集装箱船组合支架挡水封堵罩实现便捷水密封隔的加工方法,其包括以下步骤:1)完成框架的制作;2)固定框架;3)安装挡水隔堵罩;4)挡水隔堵罩的下端向下延伸但到半船外底板并进行固定;5)挡水隔堵罩的上端向上延伸并进行固定;6)在完成挡水隔堵罩的安装固定之后,在半船内部设置液位计,并记录当前液位,通过液位计实时检测半船内部的液位变化。将半船船起浮两端为未闭合开口采用可拆支架做为支撑,外侧敷设挡水隔堵罩后以磁铁和绳索进行固定合半船开口进行水密分隔,使船坞内水不能流入船体内部,可以应用集装箱船多船的半船起浮,可快速完成隔堵作为。避免船体与钢板的焊接工作,减少船坞的工作量,提高水密分隔效率。
