The invention discloses a composite material bulkhead penetrating piece installation structure and method.The composite material bulkhead penetrating piece installation structure comprises a metal penetrating piece, a composite material sleeve, a fireproof blocking material and fireproof filler, a metal inner pipe penetrates through the composite material sleeve, the length of the composite material sleeve is smaller than that of the metal inner pipe, and the length of the fireproof blocking material is larger than that of the fireproof filler. The inner diameter of the composite sleeve is larger than the outer diameter of the metal inner pipe; the fireproof blocking material is filled in gaps at two ends of the overlapped part of the composite material sleeve and the metal inner pipe, and the fireproof filler is filled in the gaps between the composite material sleeve and the metal inner pipe. According to the invention, the separation of the metal cabin penetrating piece and the composite material cabin wall is realized by introducing the composite material sleeve into the cabin penetrating part, and the connection strength is enhanced through hand lay-up; and the fireproof material filling can effectively realize regional fire prevention and shock absorption. The technology can be used for installing professional cabin penetrating structures such as electrical, pipeline and ventilation structures on a ship composite material cabin, and the requirements for fire prevention, insulation and firmness of outfitting on the composite material cabin are effectively met.

    本发明公开了一种复合材料舱壁穿舱件安装结构及方法,穿舱件安装结构包括金属穿舱件、复合材料套管、防火堵料和防火填料,金属内管穿过复合材料套管,其中,复合材料套管的长度短于金属内管的长度,复合材料套管的内径大于金属内管的外径;防火堵料填堵在复合材料套管和金属内管重叠部分的两端缝隙处,防火填料填充在复合材料套管和金属内管的间隙中。本发明通过在穿舱部位引入复合材料套管实现金属穿舱件与复合材料舱壁的隔离,并通过手糊增强连接强度;防火材料填充能有效实现区域防火减震。该技术可用于船舶复合材料舱室上电气、管路、通风等专业穿舱结构的安装,有效满足复合材料舱室上舾装防火、绝缘、牢固的需求。
