The invention provides a state prediction method, a vehicle, a server and a storage medium, the method is applied to the vehicle, the vehicle comprises at least one electronic control unit, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining state parameters; wherein the state parameters are used for reflecting the health alarm degree of the electronic control unit; when the state parameter meets a state threshold condition, triggering to generate a state code; the state code is sent to a server, so that the server predicts the state of the electronic control unit according to the state code, and a state prediction report is generated; the state prediction report at least comprises prediction time when the electronic control unit reaches the next state level; and receiving a state prediction report sent by the server. When the state parameters meet the state threshold conditions, the state codes are sent to the server, so that the time when the vehicle reaches the next state level can be predicted, faults can be detected in advance, faults can be repaired in time before the vehicle breaks down, and the use safety of the vehicle is improved.
