The invention relates to an inner wheel difference dangerous area projection method and device, computer equipment, a computer readable storage medium and a computer program product. The method comprises the steps that under the condition that a right turning intention is detected, driving tracks of front and rear wheels are obtained according to driving information and structure information of a vehicle; determining an inner wheel difference area of the vehicle according to the front and rear wheel driving tracks; and according to the inner wheel difference area, a projection lamp arranged on a right rearview mirror of the vehicle is controlled to perform inner wheel difference danger area projection on the right front ground of the vehicle. By the adoption of the method, the projection device is installed on the vehicle body on the right side of the commercial vehicle, the image of the vehicle right turning inner wheel difference danger area is projected to the ground, and when the right turning lamp is turned on or the right turning monitoring device monitors the right turning behavior, the situation of the danger area is displayed to pedestrians and other vehicles in real time till the whole right turning process is finished; therefore, the vehicle is warned to avoid, and potential traffic accident risks are reduced.
