The invention discloses an internal part of an automobile, which comprises a double-shaft rotating mechanism, the double-shaft rotating mechanism comprises a first rotating shaft and a bearing bracket fixed on the first rotating shaft, and the internal part is characterized by further comprising a second rotating shaft which forms a double-rack structure with the first rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft is connected with the first rotating shaft through a connecting rod mechanism so that the second rotating shaft can drive the first rotating shaft to rotate synchronously when being driven, and therefore rotation of the bearing support is achieved. According to the automobile internal part, a double-rotating-shaft structure serves as a rack, a crank rocker type connecting rod mechanism is matched with a toothed plate motor to drive the bearing support to be opened and closed, on one hand, the movement stability of a rotating opening and closing mechanism is improved, the shaking amplitude of the bearing support in all position states is reduced, on the other hand, the transmission mechanism layout is optimized, and the transmission efficiency is improved. A toothed plate motor which is small in size and larger in output torque is adopted as a power output mechanism. The double-shaft rotating mechanism can also be applied to other parts of a vehicle, such as a foot support, a multimedia bearing plate and the like.

    本发明公开的一种汽车内部部件,包括双轴转动机构,所述双轴转动机构包括第一转轴以及固定于所述第一转轴上的承托支架,其特征在于,还包括与所述第一转轴构成双机架结构的第二转轴,所述第二转轴通过连杆机构与所述第一转轴连接,以便所述第二转轴被驱动时带动第一转轴同步转动,从而实现所述承托支架的转动。本发明所提供的汽车内部部件,以双转轴结构作为机架,通过曲柄摇杆式的连杆机构配合齿板电机驱动承托支架开合,一方面提升转动开合机构的运动稳定性,减少各位置状态下承托支架的晃动幅度,另一方面优化传动机构布局,采用体积小、输出扭矩更大的齿板电机作为动力输出机构。本发明的双轴转动机构还可以应用于车辆的其他部位,如脚托、多媒体承托板等。
