The invention relates to the technical field of power batteries, in particular to a power battery power switching method and device and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the actual discharge power and the minimum monomer voltage of a power battery; performing time integration on the actual discharge power to obtain actual discharge energy, and determining a target discharge power table of the power battery according to the actual discharge energy and the minimum single voltage; and switching the maximum allowable discharge power of the power battery according to the target discharge power table. Therefore, the problems of insufficient dynamic property, incapability of coping with complex working conditions, dynamic property waste and the like when power meters are switched in a timing mode in the related technology are solved.
