The invention relates to an EV charging coordination control method of an integrated charging station, and particularly relates to the technical field of charging coordination of charging stations, and the method specifically comprises the steps: calculating scene probabilities corresponding to different predicted arrival vehicle numbers; establishing a charging coordination model of the integrated charging station, and taking an initial coordination resource of charging coordination of the integrated charging station as a model target; carrying out linear planning constraint on the total charging power of the charging vehicle and the predicted arrival vehicle in the integrated charging station; initial coordination resources in the charging coordination model of the integrated charging station are compensated to avoid excessive coordination, and target coordination resources are minimized. According to the invention, the uncertainty of the starting time, the target charging demand and the predicted number of arrived to-be-charged automobiles for sudden charging of the electric automobiles which are not reserved for charging in the charging station in the prior art is solved; the self-adaptability of the charging coordination system of the power distribution station and the charging station is poor; and the power distribution demand of a power supply network fluctuates greatly along with time.
