The invention relates to a power output control method and device of an electric vehicle driving system. A power output control method for an electric vehicle driving system is applied to the technical field of electric vehicle manufacturing and comprises the following steps: based on working characteristics of hardware related to motor control in the electric vehicle driving system, establishing a diagnosis model for performing fault diagnosis on the hardware by a software application layer of the electric vehicle driving system; wherein the diagnosis model comprises a fault level corresponding to each hardware; monitoring the working states of all hardware related to motor control when the electric vehicle runs, and determining the fault level when the hardware breaks down based on the diagnosis model and the working states of all the hardware; and regulating and controlling the power output of the driving system of the electric vehicle based on the fault level when the hardware fails. Therefore, coupling and conflicts among different faults can be reduced, and power output regulation and control of the electric vehicle driving system can be conveniently carried out according to hardware fault conditions.

    本公开是关于一种电动汽车驱动系统动力输出控制方法及控制装置。电动汽车驱动系统动力输出控制方法,应用于电动汽车制造技术领域,包括:基于电动汽车驱动系统中与电机控制相关的硬件的工作特性,建立电动汽车驱动系统软件应用层对硬件进行故障诊断的诊断模型;其中诊断模型包括各硬件各自对应的故障等级;监测电动汽车运行时与电机控制相关的所有硬件的工作状态,并基于诊断模型及所有硬件的工作状态,确定硬件发生故障时的故障等级;基于硬件发生故障时的故障等级,调控电动汽车驱动系统的动力输出。如此,有利于减少不同故障间的耦合和冲突,从而便于根据硬件故障情况进行电动汽车驱动系统的动力输出调控。
