The invention relates to a road traffic greenhouse gas emission prediction method based on traffic flow, and belongs to the field of traffic environmental protection. The method comprises the following steps: S1, measuring segmentation factors of a regional traffic road network, dividing the regional traffic road network into a plurality of road sections, and performing traffic flow prediction and analysis on each road section; the segmentation factors comprise road types, road section vehicle speeds, intersection conditions, the number of lanes, traffic flow, geographic features, road environments, road alignment and road lengths; s2, selecting a test road section, and continuously acquiring data; s3, real-time emission prediction of the traffic greenhouse gas is carried out based on a floating car method; and S4, establishing a greenhouse gas emission prediction model.
