The invention provides a multistage loading high-speed impact testing device based on a solenoid coil. The device comprises a plurality of components: an impact experiment component, an electromagnetic shielding component, a projectile body, a power supply component, a clamping component, a speed measuring component and a DIC stress detection component. The assemblies are driven by a magnetic field, and high-speed flight of the projectile body is achieved through loading of multi-stage Lorentz force. Through the current and the starting time accurately controlled by the power supply assembly, the projectile body can reach the required impact speed and energy, so that the large-energy impact working conditions under different conditions are simulated.
