The invention provides an astronavigation heat-proof test piece thermal vibration test system and method.The astronavigation heat-proof test piece thermal vibration test system comprises a thermal loading system, a vibration loading system, an air supply system, a water supply system and a test acquisition system, and the thermal loading system comprises a heater, a water-cooling heat insulation plate and a thermal loading controller; the vibration loading system comprises a clamping tool, a water cooling table top, a vibration table and a vibration loading controller, the air supply system is connected with the heater and the vibration table, and the water supply system is connected with the water cooling heat insulation plate and the water cooling table top. The thermal loading system provides a thermal load for a thermal vibration test, the vibration loading system provides a vibration load for the thermal vibration test system in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction, and the test acquisition system is used for monitoring and acquiring test parameters such as temperature, acceleration and heat flux density. And the air supply system and the water supply system provide support for normal operation of the thermal loading system and the vibration loading system, and are used for carrying out a thermal vibration joint test of the heat-proof test piece, so that an accurate thermal vibration test result of the heat-proof test piece can be obtained.
