A liquid composite rubber pad with a longitudinal high dynamic-static ratio comprises a top plate, a partition plate and a bottom plate which are sequentially stacked up and down, the top plate and the partition plate are connected with an upper rubber layer, a lower rubber layer is connected between the partition plate and the bottom plate, and a hollow upper hydraulic cavity and a hollow lower hydraulic cavity are formed in the upper rubber layer and the lower rubber layer respectively. A liquid channel is communicated between the upper hydraulic chamber and the lower hydraulic chamber, and the upper hydraulic chamber and the lower hydraulic chamber extend in the longitudinal direction. When the liquid composite rubber pile is longitudinally loaded, the liquid cavity on one side is stretched, the other side is compressed, fluid exchange occurs to generate damping, the effects of low static rigidity and high dynamic rigidity in the longitudinal direction are achieved, and the influence on the dynamic-static ratio of the vertical rigidity and the transverse rigidity is small while the high-dynamic-static-ratio longitudinal rigidity is achieved.
