The sliding structure comprises a bearing frame, a clamping end frame, a pulley and a fastening assembly, the bearing frame comprises a closed structure formed by welding channel steel, and a groove opening of the channel steel inwards forms a sliding way; first supporting pieces are arranged at the two ends, in the second direction, of the clamping end frame correspondingly, and U-shaped grooves are formed in the ends, in the first direction, of the first supporting pieces. Pulleys are arranged at the two ends, in the second direction, of the clamping end frame, each pulley comprises a pulley body and a pulley shaft extending in the second direction, the pulley bodies are arranged in the sliding ways, and the pulley shafts are inserted into the U-shaped grooves in the first direction; the fastening assembly is connected with the pulley shaft, and the fastening assembly and the pulley body are clamped on the two sides of the first supporting piece in the second direction respectively. According to the sliding structure, the pulley can be mounted after the bearing frame is welded to form the closed structure, so that the pulley can be mounted after being prevented from being stuck, the pulley mounting convenience is improved, and the correction time is shortened.

    本发明涉及作业辅助设备技术领域,公开了一种滑动结构、夹持机构及升降翻转装置。滑动结构包括承载架、夹持端框架、滑轮和紧固组件,承载架包括由槽钢焊接形成的封闭结构,槽钢的槽口向内形成滑道;夹持端框架沿第二方向的两端分别设置有第一支撑件,第一支撑件沿第一方向的端部设置有U型槽;夹持端框架沿第二方向的两端均设置滑轮,滑轮包括滑轮主体和沿第二方向延伸的滑轮轴,滑轮主体设置于滑道内,滑轮轴沿第一方向插入U型槽;紧固组件与滑轮轴连接,且与滑轮主体分别夹持于第一支撑件沿第二方向的两侧。该滑动结构能够在承载架焊接形成封闭结构后安装滑轮,以便于确保滑轮不会卡死后再进行安装,提高滑轮安装的便利性,减少修正时间。
