The invention discloses a real-time monitoring device and method for the engagement depth of an elevator door lock. The device comprises a digital angle sensor, a signal processing unit, a Hall current sensor, an operational amplifier, a microprocessor CPU, a key and an elevator main control board. A door lock of each landing door is provided with a digital angle sensor, and each digital angle sensor is in communication connection with the microprocessor CPU through a signal processing unit. The Hall current sensor is in signal connection with the microprocessor CPU through the operational amplifier; the key is connected with the microprocessor CPU; and the microprocessor CPU is in communication connection with an elevator main control board. The system can monitor the meshing or abnormal working of the door lock in real time, can memorize and store the track of the door lock in the normal working state, and can send the abnormal conditions such as excessive meshing and jamming to the mobile phone of a maintainer or an inspector in the form of a short message in the first time when the door is closed, so that the safety of the maintainer or the inspector is ensured. And elevator safety accidents are effectively avoided.

    本发明公开一种电梯门锁啮合深度实时监控装置及方法,装置包括数字式角度传感器、信号处理单元、霍尔电流传感器、运算放大器、微处理器CPU、按键、电梯主控板;每个层门的门锁均安装有数字式角度传感器,每个数字式角度传感器通过一信号处理单元与微处理器CPU通信连接;霍尔电流传感器通过运算放大器与微处理器CPU信号连接;按键与微处理器CPU连接;微处理器CPU与电梯主控板通信连接。本发明能够实时监控门锁啮合或者工作异常等,可记忆和保存门锁正常工作状态下的轨迹,门关闭时门锁一旦发生啮合超标、卡阻等异常情况,会第一时间以手机短信的方式发送至维保人员或者检验人员的手机上,有效避免电梯安全事故的发生。
