The invention discloses a composite elevator main airfoil structure in the technical field of composite products. The composite elevator main airfoil structure comprises a beam assembly, a rib assembly and a wallboard assembly which are made of carbon fiber composites. The beam assembly comprises a front beam, a rear beam and a rear edge strip; the front beam is located at the front end of the elevator main wing face, the rear beam and the rear edge strip are located at the rear end of the elevator main wing face, and the front beam, the rear beam and the rear edge strip are connected through rib assemblies. The front beam, the rear edge strip and the rib assembly form a first airfoil area, the outer sections of the front beam and the rear beam and the rib assembly form a second airfoil area, the inner sections of the front beam and the rear beam and the rib assembly form a third airfoil area, honeycomb wall plate assemblies are arranged in the first airfoil area and the second airfoil area, and a stiffened wall plate assembly is arranged in the third airfoil area. Aiming at the requirements of an aircraft elevator structure on corrosion prevention and weight reduction, the main wing surface of the elevator is designed by adopting a composite material, so that the weight reduction requirement is met, and meanwhile, the problem that an aircraft is easy to corrode during offshore operation is solved.

    本发明公开了复材制品技术领域内的一种复合材料升降舵主翼面结构,包括碳纤维复材制成的梁组件、肋组件以及壁板组件;梁组件包括前梁、后梁以及后边条;前梁位于升降舵主翼面的前端,后梁和后边条位于升降舵主翼面的后端,前梁与后梁、后边条之间通过肋组件相连;前梁、后边条、肋组件组成第一翼面区,前梁、后梁的外段、肋组件组成第二翼面区,前梁、后梁的内段、肋组件组成第三翼面区,第一翼面区、第二翼面区内设有蜂窝壁板组件,第三翼面区内设有加筋壁板组件,本发明针对飞机升降舵结构对防腐和减重的要求,将升降舵主翼面采用复合材料设计,满足减重要求,同时解决飞机在海上作业易腐蚀的问题。
