The invention provides an underwater rescue submersible vehicle navigation docking control system adopting negative pressure adsorption, which comprises an underwater information collection subsystem, an information processing decision subsystem and a docking execution subsystem, wherein the underwater information collection subsystem comprises an underwater camera monitoring device, an acoustic communication device, a physical environment detection device, a rescue target recognition device, a docking state indication device and an information processing device, and is used for underwater illumination, collection of external information and collection and centralized storage of information measured by a sensor; the information processing decision subsystem comprises a data fusion processing module, a task planning and execution module, an intelligent decision support module, a risk assessment and emergency response module, an operator interface and interaction module and a submersible vehicle control system interface module, and is used for processing and analyzing information and making a decision; and the docking execution subsystem is used for receiving the instruction sent by the information processing decision subsystem and completing docking on the surface of the wrecked ship through negative pressure adsorption.

    本发明提供一种采用负压吸附的水下救援潜器航行对接控制系统,包括:水下信息收集子系统、信息处理决策子系统和对接执行子系统,其中:水下信息收集子系统包括:水下摄像监控装置、声学通信装置、物理环境检测装置、救援目标识别装置、对接状态指示装置,以及信息处理装置,用于水下照明以及收集外部信息,收集并集中储存传感器所测得的信息进行;信息处理决策子系统包括:数据融合处理模块、任务规划与执行模块、智能决策支持模块、风险评估与应急响应模块、操作员界面与交互模块以及潜器控制系统接口模块,用于处理和分析信息并做出决策;对接执行子系统,用于接收信息处理决策子系统发出的指令,在失事船只表面通过负压吸附完成对接。
