The invention discloses a string fiber reinforced composite material floating body, a manufacturing method and a water floating type photovoltaic unit, and the string fiber reinforced composite material floating body comprises the following components: 65%-80% of basalt fiber, 35%-20% of resin and 5%-15% of filler, wherein the basalt fiber is subjected to surface treatment by using 0.5%-1.0% of a silane coupling agent, 0.05%-0.15% of glacial acetic acid and 10%-40% of epoxy emulsion, and the resin is subjected to modification treatment by using 5%-20% of an ultraviolet stabilizer and 3%-10% of a compatilizer. The strength and durability of the floating body are improved, evaporation of the water surface is effectively inhibited, and loss of water resources is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种玄纤增强复材浮体及制造方法及水上漂浮式光伏单元,其中玄纤增强复材浮体包括如下比例的组分:65%‑80%的玄武岩纤维、35%‑20%的树脂和5%‑15%的填料,其中玄武岩纤维使用0.5%‑1.0%硅烷偶联剂和0.05%‑0.15%的冰乙酸及10%‑40%环氧乳液进行表面处理,树脂使用5%‑20%紫外线稳定剂和3%‑10%相容剂进行改性处理。本发明不仅提高了浮体的强度和耐久性,而且有效抑制了水面的蒸发,降低了水资源的损失。
