The invention discloses a throwing type lifeboat intelligent release system based on pool test and digital twinning, which comprises an on-site control system, a digital twinning system and a pool test system, and is characterized in that the on-site control system is used for collecting on-site environment and real boat parameters and controlling the lifeboat to launch according to feedback data; the digital twinning system is used for providing three-dimensional representation of an accident scene, so that personnel can make decisions conveniently; the pool test system is used for simulating wind, wave and flow environments of an accident site in a test pool and judging whether launching of the lifeboat on site is safe or not. According to the invention, a set of throwing type lifeboat intelligent release system in which the actual physical environment, the digital model prediction and the scale test optimization complement each other is established, and dual reproduction of the digital model and the physical model of the throwing type lifeboat can be realized, so that lifesaving personnel can accurately and effectively command escape work in a disaster site; and the survival rate of escape personnel is greatly improved.
