The invention relates to an average energy consumption calibration method and device for an extended-range automobile and the automobile. The method comprises the steps that when it is determined that the range-extended automobile meets a preset range extender starting condition, a range extender is started, and an energy consumption reference value is determined according to vehicle calibration parameters of the range-extended automobile and the state of the range-extended automobile when the range extender is started; after the range extender is started, according to the vehicle calibration parameters, the vehicle energy consumption parameters and the real-time vehicle speed of the range-extended vehicle, initial average power consumption and initial average oil consumption corresponding to the range-extended vehicle are determined; and calibrating the initial average power consumption and the initial average oil consumption by using the energy consumption reference value to obtain the average power consumption and the average oil consumption. According to the method, the initial average power consumption and the initial average oil consumption are calibrated by referring to the electric quantity state and the vehicle mode of the vehicle in combination with control over the range extender and using the energy consumption reference value, so that the sum of the average power consumption and the average oil consumption obtained after calibration is closer to the actual average energy consumption per hundred kilometers of the range extending vehicle.
