A group of charging pile Internet of Things monitoring base stations with a plurality of groups of moving vehicles are arranged in a charging pile body setting area within a certain range, so that information acquisition of a charging pile body within a certain range is realized. According to the invention, emergency information collection can be carried out on the corresponding charging pile by using the Internet of Things and the independently working mobile vehicle under an emergency condition, and the problem of information collection blind spots of a charging pile information collection device which strongly depends on a wireless network and cellular data in the prior art is solved.
