A sun gear of the front planet row and a sun gear of the rear planet row are connected with motors respectively, the working states are switched by changing the working states of the planet rows, use of brakes and clutches is reduced, simultaneous output of the two motors can be achieved during pure electric driving, the output power in the pure electric driving state is improved, and the service life of the motor is prolonged. And the power requirement on the motor is reduced.

    本发明提供一种单齿圈双行星排混合动力耦合结构及其控制方法,涉及混动技术领域,针对目前混合动力驱动系统中对驱动电机功率要求较高的问题,采用双行星排双电机的结构,前行星排和后行星排共用齿圈,前行星排的太阳轮和后行星排的太阳轮分别连接有电机,在切换工作状态时通过对行星排的工作状态进行变换来实现,减少制动器和离合器的使用,并且能够在纯电驱动时实现双电机同时输出,提高纯电驱动状态下的输出功率,降低对电机的功率需求。
