The invention relates to a multi-point opening and closing control method and device for an aircraft cabin door. The problem that opening and closing of an independent cabin door controlled by three locking mechanisms at the same time are difficult to control is solved. Comprising the following steps: (1) gas source management: an equipment gas cylinder can be carried to an external nitrogen source through a gas source hose and a gas cylinder gas supply interface to supply gas to the gas cylinder, and then the equipment is carried to an external field for use; the device can also be directly connected with an external nitrogen source for use; pressure regulation is achieved through a pressure regulating valve on the operation panel, and the needed working pressure is achieved; (2) the pipeline system is provided with two groups of pipelines, a locking inflation hose and an unlocking inflation hose are respectively connected with a locking pipe nozzle and an unlocking pipe nozzle of the uplock, and tests such as locking and unlocking of the uplock are realized by adjusting a locking pipe nozzle switch, an unlocking pipe nozzle switch and a deflation switch on an operation panel; and (3) system pressure monitoring: a gas cylinder pressure gauge is arranged on an operation panel, so that the pressure of a gas cylinder or an external gas source can be conveniently observed. The method is simple in equipment, convenient to operate and safe and reliable in process.

    本发明是一种飞机舱门多点开闭合控制方法及装置,解决了由3个锁定机构同时控制的独立舱门开合控制难的问题。包括(一)气源管理:设备气瓶,可通过气源软管、气瓶补气接口外接氮气源对气瓶进行补气后,将设备便携至外场使用;也可直接外接氮气源使用;通过操作面板上的调压阀实现压力调节,达到所需的工作压力;(二)管路系统:设置了2组管路,将上锁充气软管、开锁充气软管分别与上位锁的上锁管嘴、开锁管嘴相连,通过调节操作面板上的上锁管嘴开关、开锁管嘴开关及放气开关,实现上位锁的上锁和开锁等测试;(三)系统压力监测:在操作面板上安装有气瓶压力表方便观察气瓶或外接气源的压力。本发明设备简单,操作简便,过程安全可靠。
