The invention relates to the field of industry, in particular to an operation platform for automobile bottom maintenance, which comprises two fixed seats parallel to each other; the bracket is fixedly connected between the two fixed seats, and the bracket is used as a main bearing carrier; the two first sliding rails are fixedly installed at the top of the support; the two lifting frames are in bilateral symmetry and are connected to the support in a sliding mode; and the tire lifting blocks are symmetrically and rotationally connected to the bottoms of the two lifting frames. Four corresponding tires of an automobile are stably lifted through the tire lifting blocks, a motor drives a reel to roll up a steel wire rope, and the steel wire rope synchronously pulls up a corresponding supporting seat, so that the supporting seat can drive the tire lifting blocks to ascend, and the motor is matched with the rope to replace a hydraulic air cylinder to lift the automobile; therefore, the cost is reduced, and the maintenance is facilitated.
