The invention provides a method and device for determining the angle of a boom of a tower crane and the tower crane, and belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first arm support angle of the cargo boom, wherein the first arm support angle is obtained based on the expansion and contraction amount of a variable-amplitude oil cylinder and the distance from a hinged point of the variable-amplitude oil cylinder of the tower crane to a hinged point of the root of the cargo boom of the tower crane; acquiring a second arm support angle of the cargo boom, wherein the second arm support angle is an arm support angle measured by a tilt angle sensor; performing mutual verification on the first boom angle of the cargo boom and the second boom angle of the cargo boom to obtain a verification result; and obtaining a final boom angle based on the verification result. The reliability of measured data is improved, the purpose of ensuring the accuracy of angle data is achieved, and the accuracy of determining the angle of the boom is further improved.

    本发明提供一种塔机起重臂的臂架角度确定方法、装置及塔机,属于工程机械技术领域。该方法包括:获取起重臂的第一臂架角度,所述第一臂架角度为基于变幅油缸的伸缩量以及塔机变幅油缸绞点到塔机起重臂的根部绞点的距离得到的臂架角度;获取起重臂的第二臂架角度,所述第二臂架角度为通过倾角传感器测量得到的臂架角度;对所述起重臂的第一臂架角度和所述起重臂的第二臂架角度进行互相校验,得到校验结果;基于所述校验结果,得到最终的臂架角度。提高了测量数据的可靠性,达到保证角度数据准确的目的,进一步提高了臂架角度确定的准确性。
