The invention discloses debugging equipment for a progressive safety tong lifting mechanism of an elevator, and relates to the field of elevator equipment debugging, the debugging equipment comprises a base, a lower cross beam, a vertical beam, a guide rail and an upper cross beam, and debugging assemblies are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper cross beam; each debugging assembly comprises two fixed vertical plates fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the bottom face of the upper cross beam, a C-shaped transverse plate is arranged between the two fixed vertical plates, and the left side and the right side of the C-shaped transverse plate are fixedly connected to the sides, close to each other, of the two fixed vertical plates correspondingly. The left side and the right side of the bottom face of the C-shaped transverse plate are fixedly connected with driven wedge blocks. The debugging assembly is arranged, and the control unit is in communication connection with all the devices, so that manual experience intervention can be reduced, needed data can be accurately collected, the accuracy and reliability of debugging the active wedge block are improved, the accuracy and reliability of action of the active wedge block are ensured, and the running safety of an elevator is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电梯渐进式安全钳提拉机构调试设备,涉及到电梯设备调试领域,包括底座、下横梁、立梁、导轨和上横梁,所述上横梁的前后两侧均设置有调试组件,每个所述调试组件均包括有两个固定连接在上横梁底面左右两侧的固定竖板,两个所述固定竖板之间设置有C字型横板,所述C字型横板的左右两侧分别固定连接在两个固定竖板相互靠近的一侧,所述C字型横板底面的左右两侧均固定连接有从动楔块。本发明通过设置调试组件,通过控制单元与各个设备的通讯连接,能够减少人工经验干预,准确采集所需数据,提高调试主动楔块的准确性和可靠性,从而确保主动楔块动作的准确性、可靠性,提升电梯运行安全性。
