The invention discloses a floor deformation isolation device and an aero seat. The device comprises a transverse supporting rod and an isolation mechanism. The transverse supporting rod is located on the lower portion of the aero seat, and the two ends are connected with seat components. The isolation mechanisms are distributed at the two ends of the transverse supporting rod and comprise sliding blocks in sliding fit with the sliding rails, pitching stabilizing blocks and rolling stabilizing blocks, the transverse supporting rod is sleeved with the pitching stabilizing blocks and the rolling stabilizing blocks in a matched and empty mode, the pitching stabilizing blocks are fixedly connected with the seat component at the end where the pitching stabilizing blocks are located through shearing pieces, and the shearing pieces can be disconnected when bearing certain shearing force. The lower portion of the pitching stabilizing block is hinged to the sliding block through a rotating shaft, the lower portion of the rolling stabilizing block is connected with the sliding rail in a tensioning mode through a tension piece, and the tension piece is disconnected when bearing certain tensile force. The device can ensure that the aero seat is stable and does not shake in a normal state, can be adjusted front and back, can prevent the deformation effect from being upwards transmitted to the upper structure of the aero seat when an aircraft floor deforms, and ensures that the aero seat still has a falling collision protection function.
