Axial and radial air is sucked through claw teeth on the spiral claw; air is led into the bottom of the spiral claw under the action of the drainage groove; and the air is discharged downwards under the action of the raised surrounding edge. Therefore, axial counter-acting force is generated. The area with the maximum rotation center line speed is fully utilized, and axial air and radial air can be utilized at the same time; and under the condition of the same diameter and rotating speed, larger acting force is generated compared with a propeller.
