The center shaft structure comprises a center shaft and a sleeve piece, the center shaft at least comprises a first shaft section and a second shaft section, and the center shaft is used for being connected with a crank to bear riding pedaling force; the sleeve part is arranged on the outer side of the middle shaft in a sleeving mode, a first connecting section and a second connecting section are formed in the sleeve part, the first connecting section is fixedly connected to the first shaft section of the middle shaft, the second connecting section corresponds to the second shaft section of the middle shaft, and a gap is formed between the second connecting section and the second shaft section; in the specific transmission process, torque transmission between the sleeve part and the middle shaft is achieved through the first connecting section and the first shaft section, and due to the gap formed between the second connecting section and the second shaft section, friction between the sleeve part and the middle shaft can be reduced, deformation loss is reduced, and the transmission precision of the middle shaft structure is guaranteed; and the detection precision of parameters such as torque and pedaling frequency can be improved.

    本发明涉及一种中轴结构及中置电机,中轴结构包括中轴和套筒件,中轴至少包括第一轴段和第二轴段,中轴用于与曲柄连接承受骑行踏力;套筒件套设在中轴的外侧,套筒件内形成有第一连接段和第二连接段,第一连接段固定连接在中轴的第一轴段上,第二连接段与中轴的第二轴段相对应,第二连接段与第二轴段之间形成间隙;在具体传动过程中,套筒件和中轴通过第一连接段和第一轴段实现扭矩的传递,由于第二连接段和第二轴段之间形成的间隙,可以减小套筒件和中轴的摩擦,减小变形损失,保证中轴结构的传递精度,且有利于提升扭矩和踏频等参数的检测精度。
