The invention provides an anti-impact anti-torsion frame assembly which comprises a front overhang front section beam assembly and a front overhang rear section beam assembly, and a first transverse connecting beam and a second transverse connecting beam are symmetrically arranged between the front overhang front section beam assembly and the front overhang rear section beam assembly. The ends, close to the first transverse connecting beam and the second transverse connecting beam, of the two ends of the front overhang front section beam assembly and the front overhang rear section beam assembly are each provided with a detachable left connecting longitudinal beam assembly and a detachable right connecting longitudinal beam assembly. Guiding and limiting assemblies are arranged between the left connecting longitudinal beam assembly and the front suspension front section beam assembly and between the right connecting longitudinal beam assembly and the first light-weight through hole correspondingly, the left connecting longitudinal beam assembly and the right connecting longitudinal beam assembly are connected through the guiding and limiting assemblies correspondingly, and therefore the connecting position of the left connecting longitudinal beam assembly and the connecting position of the right connecting longitudinal beam assembly can be adjusted; and the left connecting longitudinal beam assembly and the right connecting longitudinal beam assembly can be disassembled and assembled, so that torsion deformation of the frame assembly in the welding process is prevented.
