The invention relates to a distributed network intelligent module locomotive brake safety guiding control method which comprises the following steps: after initialization and system electrification, identifying a short circuit signal of a wiring plug through a control module, respectively identifying an end I and an end II, and sending different address data frames; data is monitored, communication is carried out through a CAN network, and a system module monitors a data frame address, life signal difference and continuity of a state setting frame; address conflicts are detected, and when the system module recognizes the address conflicts, state setting of the brake is not changed, or punishment braking or emergency braking instructions are sent; penalty braking or emergency braking is executed, and after the electric pneumatic control unit receives the penalty braking or emergency braking instruction, corresponding braking operation is executed. According to the method, the technical problems of braking and instruction relieving conflicts and system operation risks caused by address conflicts in a distributed network intelligent module locomotive braking system are solved.
