The invention provides a waterproof and heat-dissipation methanol-to-hydrogen fuel cell charging pile. The charging pile comprises a charging pile main body, a water collecting tank, a fixed base and a heat dissipation box, the two sides of the bottom of the water guide plate communicate with the top of a water conveying pipe vertically arranged on the inner side wall of the charging pile body, the bottom of the water conveying pipe communicates with a water pipe and then extends out of the charging pile body, a motor and a fan are arranged in the heat dissipation box, and the two sides of the heat dissipation box are provided with a heat dissipation net and a heat dissipation plate correspondingly. According to the charging pile, rainwater can be effectively removed, the influence of the rainwater on internal electronic elements is avoided, and therefore the service life of the charging pile is prolonged. Heat dissipation is carried out in a fan air draft mode, heat in the charging pile can be eliminated in time, meanwhile, the fan is started during charging and can be closed at regular time according to the heat dissipation degree after charging is stopped, and energy waste is avoided.

    本发明提供一种防水散热的甲醇制氢燃料电池充电桩,包括充电桩主体、集水槽、固定底座和散热箱;集水槽内设有向上凸起的导水板,导水板的底部两侧与竖直设置于充电桩主体内侧壁上的输水管顶部连通,输水管底部与水管连通后向充电桩主体外部伸出,散热箱内设有电机和风扇,两侧分别设有散热网和散热板,本发明的充电桩可以有效的排除雨水,避免雨水对内部电子元件的影响,从而提高了充电桩的使用寿命。采用风扇抽风的方式进行散热,可以及时的排除充电桩内部的热量,同时风扇在充电时启动,停止充电后可以根据散热程度定时关闭,避免了浪费能源。
