The invention discloses a locking control method and system of a locking mechanism, and the locking control method comprises the steps: obtaining a first position state corresponding to a spring bolt, judging whether the spring bolt is in a locking state or not, and if yes, driving a protection lock to stretch out to limit and lock the spring bolt; a second position state corresponding to the protection lock is obtained, whether the protection lock is in a locking state or not is judged, and if not, the protection lock is driven to continue to stretch out till the spring bolt is limited and locked; if yes, the protection lock is controlled to stop stretching out. According to the invention, the stability and reliability of the locking and unlocking operation process are ensured through the mutual cooperative control between the protection lock and the spring bolt; according to the technical scheme, the corresponding position information of the spring bolt and the protection lock is obtained at the same time, whether the spring bolt and the protection lock reach the preset position or not is determined in time so as to accurately determine the in-place condition, and therefore accurate control over the locking process is achieved, the locking control efficiency is effectively improved, the waiting time needed by locking is shortened, and higher use requirements are met.

    本发明公开了一种锁止机构的锁止控制方法及系统,该锁止控制方法包括:获取锁舌对应的第一位置状态,判断锁舌是否处于锁止状态,若是,则驱动保护锁伸出以对锁舌进行限位锁止;获取保护锁对应的第二位置状态,判断保护锁是否处于锁止状态,若否,则驱动保护锁继续伸出直至对锁舌进行限位锁止;若是,则控制保护锁停止伸出动作。本发明通过保护锁与锁舌之间的相互配合控制,保证了锁止和解锁操作过程的稳定性和可靠性;同时获取锁舌、保护锁对应的位置信息,以及时确定锁舌、保护锁是否达到预设位置以准确确定到位情况,从而实现对锁止过程的精确控制,有效地提高了锁止控制的效率,减小了锁止所需等待的时长,满足了更高的使用需求。
