The method comprises the following steps: performing flexible feasible region accurate modeling by combining battery types and residence time parameters of the electric vehicle in different scenes, constructing a two-stage stochastic optimization model, and measuring and calculating the consumption condition of each new energy system in a power distribution network system. The economical efficiency and the toughness of the power system are improved, and the power imbalance degree of the power distribution network is reduced.
