The invention discloses an optical anti-reflection film, vehicle window glass and a vehicle. The optical anti-reflection film comprises an anti-reflection medium film and a moth eye film; the anti-reflection dielectric film comprises n high-refractive-index layers and n-1 low-refractive-index layers, the high-refractive-index layers and the low-refractive-index layers are arranged in a staggered and stacked mode, and the high-refractive-index layers are arranged on the two outermost sides; and the moth eye mask is arranged on the outer surface of the outermost high refractive index layer. The anti-reflection dielectric film and the moth-eye film are combined together, the structure supporting layer of the moth-eye film serves as the outermost low-refractive-index layer of the dielectric anti-reflection film to conduct unified design of the optical refractive index, the anti-reflection effect of the dielectric anti-reflection film is guaranteed, and the outer surface of the dielectric anti-reflection film has the anti-fog, surface hydrophobic and anti-fingerprint effects.

    本发明公开了一种光学减反膜、车窗玻璃及车辆。所述光学减反膜包括增透介质膜与蛾眼膜;所述增透介质膜包括n个高折射率层和n‑1个低折射率层,所述高折射率层和低折射率层交错层叠设置,且两最外侧均为高折射率层;所述蛾眼膜设置于其中一最外侧的高折射率层的外表面。本发明将增透介质膜和蛾眼膜结合在一起,将蛾眼膜的结构支撑层作为介质增透膜的最外一层低折射率层进行光学折射率的统一设计,既保证了介质增透膜的减反射效果,又使其外表面具有了防雾、表面憎水、防指纹效果。
