The invention provides a vehicle-mounted safe driving system based on laser radar identification, which relates to the technical field of vehicle-mounted systems and comprises a self-adaptive module, an emotion monitoring module, an intelligent navigation and augmented reality module and a simulation driving environment module. The environment where a vehicle is located is recognized through the laser radar recognition technology, meanwhile, the road environment where the vehicle passes through is recognized and recorded through the laser radar recognition technology, then, the environment where the vehicle is located or a certain road environment where the vehicle passes through is subjected to analog simulation through the driving environment simulation module, and finally, the environment where the vehicle is located or the road environment where the vehicle passes through is obtained. The driver can select simulation types, such as reaction simulation, night driving simulation, severe weather simulation or entertainment scene selection and playing, so that the simulated driving environment module is used for simulating the recognized environment, diversified simulation experience selections are provided, and the training content of the driver is enriched.
