The invention relates to an electronic expansion valve opening degree test system and method for new energy automobile thermal management, and belongs to the field of new energy automobile thermal management. The system comprises an upper computer, an electric control unit and a heat management module, the heat management module comprises an electronic expansion valve, an electric compressor, a condenser, a cooling fan, a water pump, an evaporator and a battery pack; wherein the electronic control unit controls the electronic expansion valve through the fuzzy PID controller; according to the method, by configuring a test environment and a control strategy, the optimal starting opening degree, the optimal dynamic adjustment opening degree and the optimal sudden change opening degree of the electronic expansion valve are sequentially measured, and the continuous variable working conditions of the thermal management system under the conditions of vehicle starting, normal driving and sudden change are sequentially simulated in the measurement process; the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is controlled through the fuzzy PID controller in sequence; and finally, the measured data of the starting optimal opening degree, the dynamic adjustment optimal opening degree and the sudden change optimal opening degree of the electronic expansion valve are stored in an electronic control unit.
